Indian food culture consists of a variety of regional and traditional cuisines native to India and it has utmost importance of using copper and Brass utensils since ancient times.

Copper and Brass utensils are known to have Ayurvedic importance and they provide medicinal and nutritional properties to the food. Also, some of these traditional vessels are integral part of our life and are being continuously used for various occasions throughout the life. Active usage of such utensils by mass communities is on a declining mode since last few decades.

However, these traditional vessels are making a comeback as people have started realizing the importance of using these utensils due to their inherent properties which is helping human being in maintaining and improving their healthy lifestyle.

The Aamchem Daaiz has extensive collection of traditional Copper and Brass utensils (90-100 year old) having different shapes, sizes, and pattern. These traditional vessels were being used for daily activities right from storing water, drinking water, serving food etc.
